I draw since I was a very small child. I don’t remember exactly when I discovered drawing exactly, but I must have been 4-5 years old. The earliest memories I have are from when I was 3 years old.
Especially fascinated by the geometrical designs of Carlo Scarpa and the drawings of Giovanni Battista Piranesi. As I heard from one of my drawing teachers, Piranesi was so accurate that he started drawing in detail at the top left of the page and filled in the page like a printer. I never verified this information, it doesn’t matter. I like the story, and it helps me more if I believe it to be true than whatever the reality is.
